Full time hours on a temporary basis
Core Responsibilities Assessing and determining planning applications.
Applying Local Plan policies, planning legislation and other material considerations.
Managing a caseload effectively to meet performance targets.
Preparing officer recommendations and committee reports.
Negotiating with applicants to improve development proposals.
Providing pre-application planning advice.
Preparing appeal statements and representing the authority ducting site inspections and investigating planning-related complaints.
Assessing Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) liability.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring statutory compliance
