With our comprehensive training programme, you’ll gain all the skills and confidence you need to support people in living independently and with dignity in their own homes. You’ll be fully supported from day one, with ongoing guidance, flexible full-time or part-time hours, and a friendly, welcoming team environment. Many of our full-time carers earn over £28,000 annually, with plenty of opportunities to grow, learn, and build a meaningful, long-term career in care.

  Earn £13.00 – £15.50 per hour, with many of our full-time carers taking home over £28,000 a year.
