We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Support Workers to join our team at Lindridge Lane. This is a fast-paced service, where your ability to think on your feet, take initiative, and respond to changing needs is essential.

About the Role

You will be supporting adults with complex health needs and learning disabilities in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering person-centred, strengths-based support tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting with complex personal care, including moving & handling
  • Providing support with health needs, including medication and specialist routines
  • Enabling individuals to access their community, pursue hobbies, and build independence
  • Responding proactively to situations, using your initiative and judgement
  • Completing accurate, high-quality care records
  • Working as part of a supportive and professional team
About You

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are proactive, confident, and able to think independently
  • Are passionate about inclusion, independence, and empowering others
  • Have a genuine desire to support people to access their community and achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Are comfortable providing personal and intimate care
  • Can work flexibly across long days, short shifts, waking nights, and weekends
  • Work well as part of a team and bring a positive, can‑do attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience in health & social care
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
