Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers across South Devon to help clients regain independence in their own homes. You’ll support daily living, set goals with clients, and work with families and professionals in a compassionate, person‑centred way.
We offer a permanent contract and a competitive hourly rate (£13.80–£14.30 per hour), plus induction, training, mileage allowance, and development opportunities. A driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
