We're now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and support while learning every aspect of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and our internal database.
• Advertising vacancies and writing engaging job adverts.
• Screening CVs and interviewing candidates.
• Registering candidates and matching them to suitable vacancies.
• Building strong relationships with clients and temporary workers.
• Booking candidates into temporary and permanent positions.
• Managing candidate availability and shift bookings.
• Carrying out compliance and right-to-work checks.
• Delivering excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
• Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day operations.

Previous experience within customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, estate agency, call centres or other people-focused roles would be advantageous but is not essential.
