HR Administrator

rtis HR is representing a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator
* to join a busy HR team on an immediate basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous HR or strong administration experience who is looking to build their career within HR and gain exposure across a broad range of people processes.

Working closely with the HR team, you'll help keep the day-to-day HR operation running smoothly and act as one of the first points of contact for employee queries.

You'll be involved in:

• Processing new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions and secondments
• Completing right to work checks and auditing new starter paperwork
• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
• Updating training and HR systems
• Coordinating medicals, probation reminders and reference requests
• Supporting with employee communications and HR documentation
• Sending and collating DSE assessments and exit questionnaires
• Answering HR queries and escalating where appropriate
• Providing general HR administration support to the wider team

• Experienced in HR administration or general administration
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• A confident communicator, both written and verbally
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to work independently but enjoys being part of a team
• Ideally has some knowledge of HR systems or is keen to learn

• £27,000 salary
• 5 days a week office-based
