About the Firm

Our client is a growing, well-regarded law firm based in Newton Abbot, known for delivering high‑quality legal services with a personal touch. As the firm continues to expand, they are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer at any stage of qualification or experience — from junior fee earners to seasoned conveyancing professionals. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters and contribute to the continued growth of the conveyancing department.

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing clear, professional advice to clients while maintaining excellent communication
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory and firm policies
• Supporting the continued development and reputation of the firm

• Experience in residential conveyancing (any level considered)
• Ability to manage files independently or with supervision depending on experience
• Strong client care skills and an organised, proactive approach
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
• A team‑focused mindset with enthusiasm to contribute to a growing practice

• Full‑time or part‑time hours to suit the right candidate
