About the Estates Caretaker/Cleaner roleDealing with everything from internal communal areas to external car parks, bin areas and flower beds, you will set the highest standards of hygiene and make certain that public spaces are litter‑free. At the same time, you will maintain a broad range of cleaning equipment and report any failures to your manager, and will on occasion liaise with external contractors, so you can expect considerable variety and real job satisfaction.
