Location: Highweek
Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting a Contract Manager for a large grounds maintenance contract based in Teignbridge and Newton Abbot. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead a small team, ensure contract performance and safety, and optimise costs to deliver high‑quality services.
The role requires proven management experience in grounds maintenance or construction, a full driving licence, and strong financial forecasting skills. Flexible start/finish times are possible within a 40‑hour week.
