You’ll work closely with the Board and Executive team to shape long-term strategy, drive financial performance, and lead a high-performing finance function.

The Role

As Finance Director, you’ll oversee all areas of financial planning, reporting, governance and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational excellence, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business with strong growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Director:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning
  • Act as a key advisor to the Board on commercial strategy and business growth
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury, and risk management processes
  • Ensure financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance
  • Drive improvements in systems, processes, and automation
  • Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and stakeholders
  • Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For in the Finance Director:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role

  • Commercially astute with strong strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Clear communicator, able to influence across senior and non-finance audiences
  • A hands-on leader with a passion for team development and operational improvement

Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, well-established business in a leadership role that combines strategic input, financial stewardship, and real impact. You’ll enjoy autonomy, visibility, and the chance to help shape the next phase of the company’s growth journey.
