Hub Director

We are looking for an exceptional Hub Director to lead a group of our small schools in North Devon and Torringtonareas. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and successful school leader to make a significant contribution to educational improvement across multiple communities.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a leader who is ambitious, driven and hungry to make a difference You willbe accountable for supporting and challenging school leaders, driving improvement, and ensuring that the impact of our work is felt where it matters most: in the experiences and outcomes of our children.

The role requires you to be the strategic lead for the Hub which includes the design of the Hub model. You willbe instrumental in designing an approach which ensures small schools are sustainable whilst enjoying all the benefits of being part of a partnership ofschools. The Heads of School will report directly to you, and they will deliver the operational leadership to each school.
