Skilled Operator - Nights

We are looking for an experienced Skilled Machine Operator to join our Production Team at Yeo Valley Newton Abbot. This is one of our largest production sites and offers an opportunity to play an important part in delivering high‑quality products to customers across the UK.

Shift: Night shift (18:00 to 06:00) with a pattern of 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

Location:

Hygiene and Production team.

• Embrace health & safety and quality requirements.

• Operate a wide variety of machinery including filling, packing, forming, or CNC machines.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivery and lead by example.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Take apart, clean, and rebuild production equipment.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required.

• Experience operating filling, packing, forming, or CNC machines.
• Good communication skills and effective use of numeracy and literacy for documentation and record‑keeping.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
• Personal commitment to maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts.
• High engagement and teamwork.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
