Whether you already have experience in food production

, factory work or warehouse operations
, or you're looking to start a career within the food manufacturing industry, full training will be provided. This role offers ongoing work with genuine opportunities to secure a permanent position.
- Handle meat products throughout the food production process.
- Pack finished food products ready for dispatch.
- Pick, prepare and fulfil customer orders accurately.
- Complete production paperwork and production records.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food safety and product quality.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
- Follow all Health & Safety, food hygiene and manufacturing procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively as part of a busy food production and manufacturing team.
- Previous experience as a Food Production Operative
, Production Operative
, Food Manufacturing Operative
, Factory Operative
, Packing Operative
, Warehouse Operative or in a similar manufacturing role would be beneficial but is not essential. - Comfortable handling meat products throughout the production process.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and Health & Safety procedures is advantageous.
- Ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.
