• Higher Grade Salary: £28,938.00
• With 20% Shift Allowance: £34,725.60

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered to meet customer requirements.

• Run a variety of manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Carry out visual, dimensional and physical quality inspections
• Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications

• Work across extrusion lines and production processes
• Pack finished goods accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain stock levels of high‑demand products

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organised and hazard‑free
• Dispose of waste in line with company policies

• Use machinery responsibly and safely
• Report faults or maintenance concerns promptly
• Help minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations

• Support colleagues across different production areas when required
• Contribute to achieving team targets and delivery deadlines
• Maintain high quality and environmental standards

• Experience with in a manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
