This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Sales Negotiator based in Newton Abbot. The Sales Negotiator will play a crucial role in coordinating property sales and lettings, guiding clients through the process, conducting property viewings, and negotiating closely with buyers and sellers to secure agreements. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients while identifying new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge or experience in Estate Agents and Lettings
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Basic IT and administrative skills
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and own transport is essential
