Key Duties

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Handler to support our Account Executives with the day-to-day management of client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in insurance, with a clear pathway into an Account Executive role.

You will play a key part in delivering high-quality service across renewals, new business quoting, underwriting support, and general administration while ensuring excellent client outcomes.

Requirements

Essential

Experience in a client-facing or account handling/sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Demonstrable ambition and desire to progress within the business.

Desirable

Minimum 2 years' insurance experience in a broking or underwriting environment.
Knowledge of insurance products and market processes.
Experience supporting Account Executives or handling client portfolios.(

Note:

Candidates without insurance experience will be considered if they can demonstrate strong sales ability, relationship management, and account handling skills.)
