Acorn by Synergie is looking for an Account Manager to deliver outstanding service to one of our most prestigious key accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment account management or managing demanding customer accounts.

Key Duties

Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.

Source, vet and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client managers.

Provide and present management information.

Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.

Support weekly payroll and other administrative tasks when required.

Maintain an on-site presence at the client site, liaising with the client as needed.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment account management or managing busy customer accounts.

Full UK driving licence.

Flexibility to be on-site and work in our branch.

Flexibility with occasional weekend working as required.

Out-of-hours phone responsibility.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
