We are currently looking for a skilled Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our successful Response business based in Newton Abbot. You will specialise in carrying out responsive maintenance repairs to our customers’ properties.

- Complete ongoing electrical testing (EICRs) within occupied residential properties.
- Check and sign off electrical certification carried out by other electricians and notify building control of new installation works.
- Ensure installations around kitchens and bathrooms meet quality standards and complete post‑inspections.
- Validate electrical repairs, small works, and test & inspections.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., City & Guilds) and AM2 essential.
- 2391 – Testing and Inspection essential.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations essential.
- Experience working within domestic environments, comfortable in occupied residential properties.
- Flexibility and a can‑do attitude – available for on‑call rota for emergency out‑of‑hours work.
- Strong customer‑facing skills – the face of the business from the customers’ perspective.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
