We are currently looking for a skilled Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our response business based in Newton Abbot. You will specialise in carrying out responsive maintenance repairs to customers’ properties.

- Complete ongoing electrical testing (EICRs) within occupied residential properties.
- Check and sign off electrical certification performed by other electricians and notify building control of any new installation works.
- Ensure installations surrounding kitchens and bathrooms are completed to a quality standard and post inspections are completed.
- Validate on electrical repairs, small works, and test & inspections.
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, or equivalent professional body (e.g., City & Guilds) and AM2 essential.
- 2391 – Testing and Inspection essential.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations essential.
- Experience working within a domestic environment and comfortable working in occupied residential properties.
- Flexibility and a can‑do attitude, with occasional on‑call rota duty for emergency out‑of‑hours electrical work.
- Strong customer‑facing skills essential; you will often be the face of the business from the customer’s perspective.
- A full UK driving licence essential.
