We are currently recruiting 3 Apprentices to join our Lorient team in Newton Abbot. Lorient is a leading manufacturer of fire and smoke sealing systems, recognised for quality and innovation.

Engineering Apprentice x 2
  • Support improvements in assembly and primary processes
  • Assist with automation initiatives
  • Apply engineering principles such as Flow, TAKT, and Value Analysis
  • Contribute to reducing operational costs and improving efficiency
  • Manage customer orders and enquiries
  • Deliver a professional, efficient, and solution‑focused service

    Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Support our commitment to excellence in customer experience

Your responsibilities
  • Attend college or training sessions to meet academic requirements

About you

  • Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grades 9–4 in Maths and English

  • Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
