Pact is seeking a dedicated Family Engagement Worker to join the Pact Family team. You will provide family casework support to prisoners and assist families with advice, guidance, and facilitating prison visits and family induction sessions.
You'll work in a challenging, multi-agency environment, advocate for families, develop referral pathways, and act as a role model for volunteers while maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability. A flexible, resilient approach is essential.
