Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our offender healthcare team. You will provide specialist mental health nursing care to offenders within a secure setting and work within the Mental Health In-Reach Team to achieve agreed health outcomes.
You will contribute to assessments, care planning and risk management, using CPA processes, while collaborating with community mental health teams to ensure continuity of care.
