Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Forklift Operatives on behalf of a market-leading wholesaler based in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers, FLT Drivers, Forklift Operatives, Warehouse Operatives, Warehouse Forklift Drivers, and Logistics Operatives looking for ongoing full-time work with a well-established business. You'll join a busy warehouse and distribution operation where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are key.

• £15.75 per hour.
• Temporary ongoing opportunity.
• Full-time Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Morning or evening shifts available.
• No weekend working.
• Friendly and supportive working environment.
• Opportunity to gain long-term warehouse and logistics experience.

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Assist with goods in and goods out operations.
• Carry out stock movements and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

• Valid RTITB or other externally accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential).
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, or
• Monday to Friday, 11am-9pm.
