Warehouse Team Leader

We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious individual to join our friendly Warehouse team!

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Good working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
• A valid Counterbalance or Reach truck licence

The Warehouse Team Leader plays a critical role in supporting managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse over three sites. The role is responsible for leading a team to maintain efficient workflows, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries to internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are key to success in this position.
