BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Administrator for their client based in Newton Aycliffe to join their friendly and supportive team in their new modern office which has fantastic facilities and free car parking.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career, or with some administrative experience, who wants to develop their skills within a fast-paced commercial environment.
You'll play a key role supporting our sales team, helping manage customer orders, quotations and account information while ensuring customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.
You'll become part of a busy, supportive team where everyone works together to achieve success. The office has a genuine buzz, with colleagues collaborating, sharing ideas and supporting one another every day. What’s on offer:
Salary £26,500 to £27,500
25 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Monday to Thursday (phone number removed) pm Fri 8.00am-2.30pm

As a Junior Sales Administrator, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our sales operation running efficiently, including:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing customer quotations and following up on outstanding opportunities
Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
Tracking deliveries and providing updates to customers when required
Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
Building positive relationships with customers and supporting their ongoing requirements
Working closely with the Account Manager to ensure excellent customer service
Helping to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up About You
You’ll ideally have:
You are enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn. You don't need years of experience, but you should have:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A professional and friendly telephone manner
A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help people
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive outlook
