IFA Administrator
Location:
London Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established Financial Planning firm that is looking to add a Financial Administrator to its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least a year's experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management who is looking to build a long-term career in the industry. Joining a collaborative advice team, you'll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers, ensuring clients receive an outstanding service while gaining exposure to all aspects of the financial planning process.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a busy environment and is looking to develop their technical knowledge over time. The business is looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to progress within Financial Services.
The Role Supporting Financial Advisers with the day to day administration of client cases Preparing applications, documentation and client meeting packs Liaising with providers, platforms and clients to progress new and existing business Processing Letters of Authority, valuations and ongoing servicing requests Coordinating client reviews and ensuring follow up actions are completed Maintaining accurate client records across internal systems Providing updates to clients throughout the advice process Working closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient and high quality service is delivered at all times What's Needed to Be Considered?
A minimum of one year's experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services administration A good understanding of pensions, investments and the financial advice process Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Experience using Financial Planning back-office systems would be advantageous Someone looking to build a long-term career within Financial Planning What's on Offer?
