Young Support Specialist

Overview

As a Support Worker, you will become a trusted role model, helping to build positive relationships, de-escalate challenging situations and create a safe, stable environment. The young people we support have been through a lot and often communicate through behaviours that others may find challenging. But behind every behaviour is a story, potential and an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

• Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East
• In possession of a Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
• Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we will give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.
