Overview

As a Support Worker, you will become a trusted role model, helping to build positive relationships, de-escalate challenging situations and create a safe, stable environment. The young people we support have been through a lot and often communicate through behaviours that others may find challenging. But behind every behaviour is a story, potential and an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

- Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East
- In possession of a Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
- Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we will give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.
This role will challenge you. Progress can be slow and some days will be tough. But seeing a young person grow, stabilise and move forward makes every challenge worthwhile.
