Part time

Night (7 p.m.‑7:30 a.m.)

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Apply professional practice elements: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license scope and practice area.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices.
• Display agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, or PCU.
• 2 years of recent clinical experience for specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
