  • Create and update hospitality resource guides, hospitality letters, and related collateral for designated Midwest Division properties.
  • Support the Regional Sales team by developing partner presentations for new business opportunities, renewals, recaps, and financial updates.
  • Develop event schedules and plans that support partner priorities and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with National and Regional Sales, Marketing, Ticketing, Operations, Legal, National Account Management, Accounting, Event Experience, Group Sales, and other internal teams.
  • Support revenue-generating partnership opportunities, including race entitlements, area naming rights, official and promotional rights, experiential activations, hospitality, track signage, and social and digital assets.
  • Build relationships within regional business communities to identify opportunities that support revenue growth for Iowa Speedway and the broader Midwest Division.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of three to four years of related experience; account management, client service, agency, partnership marketing, or sports marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to lead projects from concept through completion.
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Creativity and a continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to develop effective new processes and ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex documents and prepare compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database-management systems.
