• Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles using manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues and implement effective solutions
• Communicate repair needs and maintenance options to customers clearly and professionally
• Stay up-to-date with Ford technology, diagnostic tools, and industry advances
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to meet customer needs and service goals

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an accredited automotive program preferred
• Experience working as a Ford Service Technician or similar role is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Ford vehicles and systems, with a commitment to ongoing education
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
