• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write comprehensive estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through to completion, ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in‑process QA.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle, providing the best possible experience.
• Pull and review all data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post‑scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre‑close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file, and ensure carrier‑specific requirements are complete.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time‑management skills with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred knowledge of dealing with insurance partners.
• Ability to handle fast‑paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; preference for CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Compensation ranges listed are inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. The compensation range listed is the average range for a typical full‑time employee in this position.
