We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist PRN to join our Speech Therapy team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech rehabilitation services for outpatients, acute care, inpatient rehab unit (IRU), and home health patients. You'll play a key role in evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to support patients’ recovery and communication goals.

This position reports to the Speech Therapy Coordinator and works under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services. It is an hourly (non-exempt) position.

• Evaluating patients and developing individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Providing treatment services across a variety of care settings including outpatient, acute, IRU, and home health
• Documenting care in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental policies
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support overall patient progress and outcomes
• Ensuring care delivery aligns with Kansas state regulatory requirements

• Education: Graduate of an approved school of Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience preferred

  Skilled in evaluating and performing treatment services in alignment with Kansas regulatory requirements
• Licensure, registration or certification: BLS Certification required;
  Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
