Join to apply for the 340B Auditor role at Health Ministries Clinic in Newton, Kansas. This full‑time position is vital for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity of our 340B Drug Pricing Program while supporting our mission to provide high‑quality, accessible care to the community.
What You’ll Do- Conduct routine and ad‑hoc audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance with HRSA regulations.
- Review patient eligibility, provider eligibility, and prescription data for accuracy.
- Monitor contract pharmacy activity to prevent diversion and duplicate discounts.
- Reconcile 340B purchase data, dispensing records, and inventory systems.
- Identify compliance risks and prepare audit findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, billing, finance, and clinical teams.
- Assist with HRSA audit preparation and corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate audit documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of 340B, pharmacy compliance, auditing, or healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HRSA 340B regulations.
- Experience with contract pharmacies preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- EHR or pharmacy system experience preferred.
