We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (Part Time Nights) to join our Internal Float Pool team.

Provide professional nursing care to inpatients and outpatients of all ages.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient and family needs, followed by planning, coordination, teaching, counseling, and delivery of direct physical care.

Evaluate patient responses and progress toward outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure high‑quality, coordinated care.

Function as a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, supporting related duties as assigned.

Promote safe patient care by demonstrating accountability and effective communication.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or diploma in nursing from an accredited school required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school preferred.

Ability to provide age‑appropriate care.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient and family‑centered care.

Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.

Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and advocate for patients.

Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required on designated units.

Specialty area certification highly desired.
