In this role, you'll be responsible for providing essential nursing services in a busy practice while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your duties will include:

• Work in accordance with the orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse
• Focused on patient centered excellence and apply quality communication and assessment skills

Education and experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program required

Licensure, registration and certification:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Graduation from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing
• BLS
• Current Driver's License and Vehicle with current Auto Insurance
