Join Hallmark Cards as a Field Merchandiser. Work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and promote Hallmark products in grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers.

As a Field Merchandiser, you’ll work independently to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Hourly pay $14.00–$16.00 based on skills and experience.
• Part‑time with variable schedule; average 10–15 hours per week.
• Availability required during major holidays, weekends and the week before and after.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory; communicate with supervisor and report time.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours during seasonal peaks; may work actual holidays.
• Department resets & installations: assist with fixtures, relocate card departments, reset card sections; notified two weeks in advance.
• Team support: collaborate with other merchandisers as needed.

Physically demanding: push, pull, lift, carry cartons up to 30 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand; climb stairs and ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Internet and Wi‑Fi access.
• Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
