$23-$35/hr (Straight Hourly, No Flat Rate) + Medical/Dental after 90 days.

• A-Level: $27.00 – $35.00/hr (Start ~ $27/hr, reviews after probation)
• B-Level: $23.00 – $27.00/hr

Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Overtime: ~1 hr/day average; heavily available during winter/snow months.

We are a full-service repair facility in Newton, KS handling gas cars, passenger vans, Class 8 heavy diesels, semi-trailers, and specialized equipment. We maintained a 100% retention rate for 3 years (recent exits were for supervisor/manager promotions). Check out our shop:
Budde Enterprises - Shop

• Full-Spectrum Repair: Bumper-to-bumper work across all makes (Ford, Chevy, Peterbilt) and sizes.
• Diagnostics: Use tools (Mitchell 1, Shop Key) to trace electrical, DEF, and engine codes.
• Systems Work: Brakes, A/C, electrical, and hydraulics. (No transmission rebuilds; we replace with new/rebuilt).
• Job Tracking: Log hours/parts accurately for customer billing.

  Proven ability to document work and track billable hours. (Home garage or single-fleet experience alone will not convert).
• Versatility & Troubleshooting: Diagnostic skills across gas/diesel platforms and light-to-heavy vehicles.
• Bonus Points: Hydraulics/electrical mastery, crane or Hy-Rail repair experience, Class A/B CDL.
