What You’ll Do (The Real Impact):

Lead overnight clinical assessments, medication administration, and routine patient checks.

Serve as the steady clinical lead during urgent behavioral assessments or crisis interventions.

Partner directly with prescribers, care teams, and families to refine treatment plans.

Maintain clean, timely EMR documentation while upholding patient privacy and safety.
