Growing construction organization seeking a Senior Project Accountant. This role will partner w/ project managers/operations teams on reporting, billing, budgeting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze job cost reports, WIP schedules, and forecasts
- Monitor budgets and project financial performance
- Process owner billings, subcontractor billings, and change orders
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close
- Track lien waivers, compliance documents, and retainage
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Construction/project accounting experience
- Knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with AIA billing, contract invoicing, and subcontractor management
- Strong Excel/ERP system knowledge
