Salary: $75,000–$110k

• Manage project billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations across multiple construction projects.
• Maintain project budgets, job costing, and monthly financial projections.
• Coordinate billing approvals and documentation with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Review invoices, track project expenses, and support month‑end reporting.
• Assist with accounting process improvements and system initiatives.

• 2+ years of accounting experience; project or construction accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with project billing, job costing, AIA billing, or construction accounting processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with Sage, Procore, or similar systems is a plus.
