What

you’ll do
  • Process invoices and manage calls from owners, brokers, banks and tenants
  • Fill out appropriate paperwork for corporate administrative charges
  • Prepare and send mass mailings and maintain property files
  • Attend annual meetings for properties within your portfolio as needed
  • Communicate effectively with Account Executives and Accountants; respond promptly to emails and phone calls from owners, brokers, banks and tenants
  • Mailings using mail merge methods; produce general correspondence to owners and tenants (violations, fines, invoices, late letters)
  • Process invoices for payment; conduct research using Yardi accounting software
  • Maintain organized property files and ensure procedures are followed
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    Yardi knowledge is a plus
Qualifications
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Comfort with repetitive routines and a focus on accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills
