Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management, ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Help develop and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Support effective classroom transitions.
• Supervise children during activities, using positive discipline techniques as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the classroom environment.
• Present a positive, professional image, adhering to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, greeting by name, addressing concerns promptly, providing positive feedback, and updating on child development and classroom activities.
