JCC Greater Boston is seeking Assistant Division Leaders / Unit Heads to join our summer leadership team. You will mentor counselors, support camper well-being, uphold camp traditions, and help guide units of 100–120 campers with a focus on safety and inclusion.
Responsibilities include planning activities, leading specialty areas (arts, sports, STEM, etc.), coordinating with staff, and assisting with camp operations and events.
