JCC Greater Boston is seeking an Inclusion Coordinator to support campers with disabilities and implement individualized camper plans. You’ll work with Advocate Counselors to ensure safety, inclusion, and participation in bunk life and activities.
Role requires patience, empathy, and creativity, with daily collaboration with staff to adapt supports as needed. The position is an hourly summer role offering meaningful youth-development opportunities and a strong team culture.
