Job Title: Senior Development Engineer
Location: Newton, MA
Pay Range: $50.22
What's the Job?- Design, develop, and validate electro-mechanical systems for medical robotics applications.
- Create and execute test protocols, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports for regulatory submission.
- Support incoming inspection, fixture validation, and equipment qualification activities.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive technical solutions and process improvements.
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex electromechanical system development within an R&D environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in heavily regulated industries such as medical devices or aerospace.
- Proficiency in developing test methods, protocols, and documentation release processes.
- Hands‑on experience with assembly, integration, and testing of electro‑mechanical systems.
