As a Senior Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing complex electro-mechanical systems that will transform the future of healthcare. Your expertise will contribute to high-impact projects from prototype through verification, ensuring compliance within a regulated medical device environment.

Job Title: Senior Development Engineer

Location: Newton, MA

Pay Range: $50.22

What's the Job?
  • Design, develop, and validate electro-mechanical systems for medical robotics applications.
  • Create and execute test protocols, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports for regulatory submission.
  • Support incoming inspection, fixture validation, and equipment qualification activities.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive technical solutions and process improvements.
  • Manage project timelines and communicate progress effectively within cross-functional teams.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex electromechanical system development within an R&D environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in heavily regulated industries such as medical devices or aerospace.
  • Proficiency in developing test methods, protocols, and documentation release processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with assembly, integration, and testing of electro‑mechanical systems.
