Greater Boston based Wealth Management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to add to their Wealth Advisory group. This is a great role for anybody looking to launch their career in Wealth Management - this position provides the opportunity to learn and grow alongside some of the best in the business.

Responsibilities- Work directly with the clients on Financial Planning as well as cash flow planning for retirement
- Assist clients with their accounts, including maintenance and creation of new accounts
- Manage and validate accounts transfers
- Assist with any distributions / checks / wire transfers
- Assist with file coordination for quarterly administrative and investment reviews
- Ad hoc projects when required
- Series 7 / 63 / 66, SIE highly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Wealth Management as either a CSA or comparable role
- Experience with Word / Excel / Power Point
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
- Ability to communicate effectively and to establish relationships
