Lead Esthetician – Restore Hyper Wellness

We are seeking a licensed esthetician to lead our Cryoskin and Hydrafacial services at our store in Newton, Massachusetts. The role is part‑time to full‑time and includes a commission plan on top of an hourly rate of $17–$21.

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and other esthetic and body services as added to the menu.
• Develop and grow a client base, meeting or exceeding appointment goals.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Keep accurate records of each client’s session.
• Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Conduct thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Sell esthetic services to members and new customers.
• Cross‑sell complementary services at Restore.
• Order supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products.
• Educate clients on other Restore modalities.
• Assist in other store operations: greeting customers, answering phones, retailing through POS, providing customer tours, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc.

• Licensed Esthetician.
• Experience or certification in Cryoskin and Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to contribute to store growth.
• Willingness to work at Restore locations in Newton, Hingham or Dedham.
