Esthetician

We are looking for part-time estheticians at our store in Newton, Massachusetts. Restore Hyper Wellness offers Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and other esthetic services.

Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy seeks a motivated licensed esthetician to help grow our Cryoskin business at our Newton location. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be excited to contribute to the store’s growth.

Compensation is hourly plus a commission plan.

The ideal candidate should be willing to work at Restore locations in Newton, Hingham, or Dedham.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and other esthetic and body services as added to our menu.
• Develop a client base and meet or exceed appointment goals.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Keep accurate records of each client's sessions.
• Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Complete thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Sell esthetic services to members and new customers.
• Cross-sell complementary services available at Restore.
• Order supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products to support and enhance client services.
• Educate clients on other Restore modalities.
• Assist in store operations when not with clients, including greeting customers, answering phones, retailing, providing tours, selling services, operating equipment, and light cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience or certification in using Cryo Skin and Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not required.
