We’re looking for stylists who are:
Licensed in Massachusetts (or in the process of transferring your license) Experienced behind the chair (2+ years preferred, but not a deal breaker) Comfortable managing your own schedule and pricing Aligned with our values: kindness, autonomy, collaboration, and growth Open to monthly 1:1 coaching to support your goals Willing to maintain a clean, respectful, and welcoming space for all Bonus if you:
Have a loyal clientele Love sharing your work on social media Are excited about color, extensions, or niche specialties Are left leaning Are open to incorporating a wellness or healing modality into your appointments (think: scalp massage, reiki, aromatherapy, meditation, etc.)
