Extended Salon is a brand-new, premier salon opening in late spring 2025 in Newton, MA. Designed to provide a spa-like, serene atmosphere, our 6,100-square-foot facility includes 47 spacious styling stations, a private consultation room, and thoughtfully curated amenities. Every detail has been crafted to create a calming environment where clients feel pampered, and professionals feel empowered to excel in delivering exceptional blowouts and hair extensions.

As a Blowout Stylist at Extended Salon, you’ll be at the heart of delivering flawless blowouts and personalized styles that leave clients feeling confident and cared for. • Client Consultation
  :
  Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s hair goals and concerns, setting the stage for a tailored experience.
• Washing Experience
  :
  Provide a relaxing and thorough hair wash, including a scalp massage, to create a pampering and memorable client experience.
• Blowout Styling and Finishing
  :
  Deliver smooth, polished blowouts using hot tools as needed and apply finishing products to seal the style.
• Product Recommendations and Style Maintenance Advice
  • Recommend appropriate products to meet each client’s specific needs.
  • Educate clients on maintaining their look, including nightly upkeep and tips for using products like dry shampoo.
• Membership Promotion

  Inform clients about the benefits of salon memberships and encourage participation.
• Client Retention and Upselling Services
  :
  Build long-term relationships by encouraging rebooking and promoting add-ons or packages to enhance the client experience.
• Check-Out Coordination
  :
  Communicate with the receptionist to facilitate checkout, rescheduling, product purchases, and membership inquiries.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with other team members to foster a supportive, positive salon culture and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supply Management
  :
  Refill and manage product supplies at stations and in the shampoo room, ensuring all items are readily available for use.
• Salon Cleanliness
  :
  Maintain a clean and inviting workspace by folding towels, sweeping floors, wiping counters, and assisting with laundry as needed.

• Valid cosmetology license.
